Decent, we were expecting a bit more

The apartment was clean and the central location was great. The internet also worked really well.

The facilities were old and there was the smell of old furniture and old amenities, also in the bathroom. The parquet was even unfoiled at the bathroom entrance and we had to make sure not to step on it and have a small piece of wood in the feet. The photos from Booking were not for our apartment and those photos looked much better. The building close to ours was under construction at exactly our floor, so we could hear everything the workers were talking like they were in our bed. I understand that another construction cannot be handled by the landlord, but it is not nice to be woken up at 6:30 on your holiday.

The reality doesn't meet the pictures. Nice staff but apartment needs a maintenance.

the staff was exceptional, met me late in the evening and explain everything necessary, got the info necessary for my short stay in Budapest. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary, and that was lovely

I didn't like the fact that i got an apartment rather different than the one in the pictures. The pictures of the bed and the room looking spectacular on the pictures but reality was completely different. Beside the walls and apartment overall need a maintenance. Got a felling of the '80s. There are also constructions of the building in the neighbourhood. I didn't have the time to request another apartment, as that was time and mood consuming, and i consider that pictures overestimates the reality.

It was appropriate for what we paid.

Well located. Relatively quiet for the area.

Quite worn. Well used. But everything worked fine. One window was missing a curtain. So made it difficult to sleep once the sun came up.

Perfect location, parking under the building.

Location is perfect, close to everything in center of the city. Apartment specious: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with appliances (not that we needed but...), 2 bathrooms. There were 4 of us, but could easily host 6 people, even 8 (for example 2 families with small children). Parking was under the building, 20Eur/night. Internet good speed.

The only thing I didn't like was that the reception is at another building (50m) and I had to go there first (with bags and family because I was not aware which apartment building I would stay),to do the check in and take parking card, and then go back to the first building to park car and enter the apartment. But everything else was quite OK.

The location of the apartment, close to the main objectives. Good points: The friendliness of the staff, I communicated very well with them and the availability of parking, even if it was for a fee. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation.

The apartment was quite worn, stained walls and worn, damaged and repaired furniture. The towels were old and for their change an extra fee is required. The toilet is not in the same room as the bathroom. Ac- is for a fee, but I knew that from the beginning. A deposit is required for the parking card, which is returned at the end. When leaving the parking lot, the barrier may be blocked, but it can be unlocked by using the card in the other direction of entry

Location is great, the apartment has almost everything I needed. Staffs were very helpful and friendly

Noisy neighbors but I think they are also tourists, so I was unlucky. There was also no detergent to wash clothes with, luckily the grocery store next door sells a small pack of washing sheets.

Great trip in Budapest :)

The location was great. Everything was close and we didn't have to use public transport. A good advantage was the parking space, but paid. The apartment provided us with privacy and comfort, which we value the most.

The apartment is big enough, but it needs to be painted and small repairs made. But it's just a recommendation and not a complaint.

It was a big apartment, close to downtown

the apartment we were staying in has not been touched since the building was built sometime at the beginning of 2000’s. prepare yourself for zero sleep during the weekend due to screaming tourists from the other apartments/balconies

Very happy about our stay.

Excellent location, clean and all the needed facilities. Easy access, parking lot (paid for) close by.

Air conditioning works only for extra 10EUR per day.

The location was very good , room with all the facilities you need, the balcony was a great bonus for me. I liked it

The bathtub drain was blocked a little bit, the internet connection was also weak, but to be honest after a few hours they sent me a message asking if there is any thing wrong with my room but i said no everything is ok, probably they would fixed everything if i told them about the problems.

Subjectively positive

The location was great. The service at check-in/out also good. The building itself very convenient with an underground garage and elevator. I do also appreciate all kinds of guides provided for main activities you can experience in the city.

Bathroom needs a renovation. It really doesn't have to take much. The curtains could be washed as they looked greyish with an unpleasant smell. I missed also washing pills to the washing machine. Small things that matter.

Wonderful

Downtown Budapest, great location, security at the entrance, balcony looking to an inner court - not the street, so few noise from the street. Need a bit of refurbishment in a few years, but it is a quality apatment probably equipped in the early 2000s.

Good

Budapest is a very beautiful city and it would be worth exploring it several times.

The biggest complaint - parking is too expensive, Currency exchange in the immediate vicinity. More than favorable in contrast to banks in our own country, since we were warned about abnormal conversions, which did not turn out to be correct.
